Times

Opening hours

The surgery opens at 8.00am and closes at 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

During the pandemic we have moved to telephone and/or video consultations. We continue to offer face-to-face appointments for those patients who require them, using the telephone consultations to limit the length of time patients have to spend in the building. This allows for social distancing in our waiting areas and for enhanced cleaning procedures between patients.

Please contact the surgery via eConsult or by telephoning our Reception team. You can access services using SystmOnline or the NHS App.

Blood tests can be booked online or via our Reception team. In addition to in-hours phlebotomy we now offer evening and weekend appointments.

We also offer Extended Access appointments at Priority House, 5 Grove Park Court, Harrogate, HG1 4DP between 4.00pm to 8.00pm on weekdays and 8.00am to 12.30pm on Saturday and Sunday. These appointments can be booked through Reception - there are appointments with GPs, Nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Healthcare Assistants and Pharmacists who can deal with a wide variety of things; Reception can book you with the most appropriate person for your needs.

Out of hours

Before 8.00am and after 6.00pm and all day weekends and Bank Holidays, a recorded message will tell you how to contact the on call doctor.

NHS North Yorkshire and York are responsible for providing medical cover. If you require emergency medical advice outside surgery hours you should ring NHS 111 on 111, free. You will be given appropriate medical advice or arrangements will be made to see you if necessary. See the ‘Useful links’ page for more information.
